If you buy used merchandise from us:
All sales of used merchandise are final; no returns. While we make every effort to make sure the things we buy are complete, Epic Puzzles & Games makes no warranty about used merchandise completeness. We also make no warranty about used merchandise condition, but we do our best to buy only good-quality merchandise.
If you sell used merchandise to us:
We buy used games, game accessories, and role-playing books. We will make an offer based on the merchandise only after we see it. Currently, we offer store credit for used merchandise.
Anyone who sells used merchandise to us must sign an affidavit stating that the merchandise belongs to him/her and that he/she has the right to sell it. You may see a copy of this document at the store if you wish.
